Rodrigue BAHATI is a Specialist in Monitoring and Evaluation with over 9 years of experience working for international organizations in DRC and the great lake region of Africa. With rich technical experience in M&E and economic development policies, Rodrigue BAHATI has worked as National Coordinator in charge of monitoring and Evaluation for Search for Common Ground, an American NGO involved in conflicts analysis and social cohesion, consultants at UNICEF, International Alert, Amnesty International, IITA Kenya, CIALCA, OCHA, UNDP, FAO, Channel Research, SPARK Burundi etc.
During the last five years, Rodrigue BAHATI have worked for Adam Smith International as M&E specialist in the Kivu provinces within ELAN RDC that’s a DFID fund program based on market Systems development (MSD) with private sector working on coffee, cocoa, renewable energy and access to finance with integration of gender perspectives.
Rodrigue is experienced with OCDE and DCED measurement standards and his career illustrates proven skills in survey design and implementation, result measurement for market system change, economic empowerment, poverty reduction and gender inclusion. Most recently Rodrigue has shared experience with DSU (a DFID decision support unit) on System change evaluation and methodological approaches to assess impact for private sector development.
